This place has a peaceful and convenient location, close to Rockwell Collins, and the room I was given was modern and well-equipped with a comfortable king bed and sofa.

The place was spotless and had a really nice layout, and the staff were super friendly. The room was really stylish and so big, I was impressed! The breakfast was delicious, I really savored every bite 🍳.

The location is great, situated in a big grassy area with easy access to many dining options, restaurants, shops, and an athletic tournament nearby. Oyama Sushi, a place for dinner, is conveniently located at a medium distance from the hotel.

The hotel has clean and stylish rooms that are also quite spacious. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location is convenient, just 1 mile from Rockwell Collins. It is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and green spaces, making it a great choice for travelers.

Our queen suite with a large bathroom was nicely updated. The breakfast was great. The team was attentive.

The service was great, no complaints.

The breakfast was very rich, varied and very tasty. The coffee tasted very good!

It could have been a little bit cleaner, but it was basically ok, so one could easily spend the night in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, meeting all my needs. The artwork on the walls added a trendy and enjoyable touch, featuring beautiful Iowa scenery. The beds were super comfy with four pillows each, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and I had zero complaints about my stay. The location was perfect, close to great dining options and everything I wanted to visit in the city.

The beds were nice and soft. The room was clean and comfortable.

The water in the sink and shower/tub were brown. My daughter ran a bath and it was absolutely brown. Our toothbrushes smelled of rancid water after we rinsed them. It would be good to get a filter for your water. The pool was also uncomfortably cold.

Very little-everything was sub-standard on this visit.

The staff were hardly ever at the front desk, not responsive to questions or concerns. My non-smoking room smelled like a smoking party had just vacated--it was everywhere. Tried to find staff to get moved, but couldn't. Furnishings were worn. Inn is located next to a factory and there is very little parking for the hotel--you can be towed if you park in a factory parking lot space (which they share with the Inn) but the signage is not specific enough.

The place is clean and staff are polite, plus it's just a 22-minute drive from The Eastern Iowa airport.

Such a nice stay for a mini family vacation. Fairly clean hip new hotel with courteous staff. Variety of awesome food for meals. Great and easy location for our visit to Science Center just a short stroll away from the property.
